I am the founder of this new type of legal service firm. For the past 27+ years, I have served as General Counsel to one of the most profitable banks in the U.S., an national insurance company, the largest commercial MasterCard issuer, a $500 Million specialty finance company, the third largest Internet payments company, and Chief Counsel to a Fortune 500 company.

For the early part of my career, I was a trial attorney and have also managed and operated other business enterprises. I have authored two books, am an active arbitrator and mediator, and a nationally known speaker, business advisor and trainer on legal, business development and litigation management issues. I am a member of the state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as the Supreme Court of the United States.
